  1. Major cardio ass kicker. Oh how soon I forget about my old pal Kelly.

    I subbed 500M rows, which did me no favors. Going from WB to the rower is absurd.

    Somehow my PR is 24:37 also with rowing. Something must be wrong with me because I thought I was working really hard. I think the BJ's were the problem. I only rested one time in all sets of WBs, that was between rep 20 and 21 on round 3, and that was maybe 5 seconds. Rowing must have been about the same????

  2. What an ass kicker of a WOD. I literally threw up a little, more of a chunky burp, at the start of round 5. Nothing like some regurgitated raspberries and almonds.

    It cost me a sub 25. Oh well I pushed hard on this one.

    I'm getting a rower as soon as you adopt me and have one dropped shipped to my house.

    I all seriousness, my wife if finally back working full-time so hopefully sooner rather than later. Single income just isn't cutting it these days.

  5. Major dead legs today. I ran a 5k outside yesterday and I could feel it. I actually did better in rounds 3-4. I thought it was odd that one of the biggest obstacles I had to overcome was my shoulders were hammered while running after WB's. Anyway, as RX'd
