  1. Did this one a "new way" today... which slowed me down but it was awesome! Beautiful crisp cool morning after a ton of rain yesterday and last night. Damp moist air...

    Did Row 500/Run 400
Also did strict situps, hands crossed on chest, ankles tucked up to ass for maximum effect.

    Therefore, 23:34

Rowing hard makes running tough... and transitioning on/off rower takes time away too.

Had two buddies over this AM, music going, cheering each other on, great way to start the day!

  2. Got me a PR today. Run's outside in the beautiful weather. Back Extension had my back screaming at me mid way through the second round. I worked through it.

  3. Please stop kicking my ass all of the time.

I am feeling out of shape right now. Been missing too many WODs. I drink too much too. I have a few every night.

  4. You lost time in transition between the rows and the runs. You still had a great time. For the record I drink every day too and I'm not ashamed to admit it!

In a zone lately, just trying to get my ass back in shape. I'm down 5 pounds already. Shooting for another 5-10 and I'll be happy.

  6. Chris and Fletcher, thanks for the thoughts and prayers. He still hasn't let go, so there must be one last thing he has to resolve in his mind, but they finally have the drugs figured out so he is just resting now.

24:31 as rx'd. It was weird I felt like I was running much faster than my times indicated, but the stop watch does not lie unfortunately.

  7. Sum bitch. I increased my runs to over 8mph even 9 on my last run, but was HORRIBLE with situps. I felt like I was crushing it, but at almost 8 minutes a round I was left to wonder wtf went wrong. granted, I lost time starting the tread each time, but not THAT much. 10-15 seconds at most.
