Last round was somewhat challenging, but I think I could get 200x10 with a gun to my head. Didn't want to push my luck and pop a roid! LOL... arm is no better really...
Did tons of yard work Saturday, like 7 hours worth, so didn't need to WOD. Also did a couple of more hours worth today. Then I went out to dinner and ate TWICE as much as I should have.
the key to a lean body is calorie deficit. Burn more than you consume, and you will lean out. It's really that simple. Now we all know there are more and less efficient ways to exercise, and there are better and worse foods out there... and all that makes the calorie deficit theory work even better.

Glad to hear your ass is on the mend, but I have to say Front Squats wouldn't of been the first workout I did after dealing with a hemi.
