Lots and Lots of L-pull-ups

  2. This morning I a workout in the fight gone bad format... but since I can't hardly do anything I subbed all moves. I can't even do a jumping pullup without burning arm pain. I went to the doctor yesterday for blood work and to talk about the arm.... he didn't say anything other than don't do stuff that hurts, rest, ice... and if not better in a month then I am either not resting enough or I need PT.

    So the FGB moves were:

    Burpees
    1 armed 1 pood KBS
    back extensions
    pushups (75% ROM)
    20" box jumps

    129,119,120 368

    Big goal was for round 3 to exceed round 2. I was gassed huge.

    Got a neighbor who is 76 who is going to start next week. Gotta take it easy on the old dude but we will have fun.

  3. Fletcher: 20" box jumps? I thought you arm was inflamed not your vagina?:)

    100 L-Pullups. My form sucks on these and I just do my best to do them as strict as possible. Total time 15:37 as described.

    My lats were actually pretty sore from the dead lifts I think.
