Sprint 200m/run 500m rest repeat

  1. This was beyond sad. Finished runs 1 and 2, then just did run 200m walk 200m, times were so slow it was just embarrassing.
    200m times 48,39,34,51,38,40
    Need to get back to the track at lunch!!

  2. Well, doing this on a treadmill is BS. I guess I know next time but trying to get up to the speed I wanted and getting a "true" 200 meters is not easy and my times indicate the tweaks. Nothing special

  3. did this on the rower... added 25% to the distances. This was fairly devastating. Last two sprints the goal was to stay under :50 which I barely pulled off. First sprint was a shocker, had the split time down to 1:21 for awhile. The trick was to use legs a lot more than usual, only use arms to finish. Doing the 500's after the 250M murder pace sprints was quite fascinating.

  4. Justin that 34 you got was quite bad ass, and Wy finishing with a 37 is also dope! Don't be so hard on yourselves fellas.

  6. Felt really good on this. My 400m runs were jogs/walks.

    33.61, 31.81, 32.38, 34.94, 35.45, 34.48
