Weighted pull-ups 3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1

  1. Finally bought me a dip belt. What a difference that makes. I was able to move more weight and it wasn't awkward like the dumbbell between the legs.

    Nothing too impressive, but I was happy with my numbers today.

    The weight belt at the gym is awkward esp w/more weights. I could do more, but it's hard to get them together.

    Felt weak on this today.

    Left hamstring got jacked from Jackie a couple of days ago. Should be OK enough to do Helen tomorrow.
