Finally bought me a dip belt. What a difference that makes. I was able to move more weight and it wasn't awkward like the dumbbell between the legs.25x3,35x2,45x2,55x2,60x1,65xf,60x1,65x1,65x1Nothing too impressive, but I was happy with my numbers today.
Did this one today as well. 70x3 80x2 90x2 115x2 115x1 115x1 125x1 125x1The weight belt at the gym is awkward esp w/more weights. I could do more, but it's hard to get them together.
40x3, 50x2, 55x2, 60x2, 65x1, 70x1, 75F, 75F, 65x1Felt weak on this today.Left hamstring got jacked from Jackie a couple of days ago. Should be OK enough to do Helen tomorrow.
