Very happy about this workout. I did this WOD unbroken*, which has been a while since I have done that. I also got what I believe a PR on this. The last time and fastest, that I know of, for doing this WOD was a 12:39. This time 12:04.
*After the first 5 of the pullups I did a toe tap to stop the swing in the rings. Just had bad form on the butterflies. Didn't stop though.

I did WOD today, first time in a bit. Man I have been inconsistent. It sucks too, because I want to WOD and I love it.
I did a "coming out of the fog" WOD... I will say that I did 5 pullups unbroken during warm up and only barely felt a twinge from the tendon strain, so I am on the mend for sure. just two weeks ago doing one hurt me.
Today I did 5 Rounds: Bench 135x15 20 GHD 20 BE
But I didn't time it.
I'm in the saddle

Awesome times guys! I gotta say, I went back and looked and smoked my last time by over a minute and 2 minutes before that. I did KB's unbroken, but my runs were slower. Maybe due to yesterday, but I was sucking big wind. Good WOD!! TT 11:24
So it's obvious we are working our way through the Girls WOD's so how long before Barbara or Fran pop up? You know it's coming.
