RX'dWhat a crappy time. I did this in 13 minutes last time. Only good thing is my row time improved. From 3:58.7(1:55/2:03 split) to a 3:52.5 (1:49/2:02 split). My cardio is horrible.TT 15:43.01
Row 3:46 Total time 7:57 PR by two whole seconds:) Love it!
I wanted sub 10, got 10:03.. Fuck! Was burnt by the timepulls came around
