Got 7 rounds + row 250M + 6 pushups. That, my friends, is a PR. That, my friends, was difficult. The pushups got me. Tried to keep split times on rower to around 1:45.. didn't want to rail it too hard on the rower because I was trying to balance the WOD and not go so damn hard on the rower that I would become incapacitated.
I did hand release this time and it was killing me by round five. Last time 7 on the button, this time 6 + 150m of the row. Feel like a total wuss, but better standards is more important that better numbers, still was hoping for a tie...

ReplyDeleteNice PR Craig. I was slow today. I blame the flu shot I got today. Arm is sore as hell. Subbed SDHP's like before, pushups were pitiful.
