This one was good, but not quite as much of a metcon as I had hoped. Either I was a really really slow runner today or my 400m is a little long: Run:1:48/2:07/2:23/2:24/2:25/:24 Pullup:1:19/1:48/2:08/2:18/1:56/1:42 total time 24:51 stoked about the sub 25 as that was my goal.
Nice work Justinius. I didn't want to do 150 pullups, so I did Michael with rowing 1K and did it in 22:14. 30 seconds off of PR. Gonna have to do the filthy fifty sometime this week I am thinking. Sometimes you just need the 50.
With my shoulder being a royal pain in my ass, I decided to scale the pull-ups to 15 each round. My runs weren't spectacular but I was happy with them for the most part.
