  1. Now I remember why I managed to "miss" this one for the last two years. Holy shit balls that is one tough wod. 47:50 as rx'd PR, for not treadmill and old 75er instead of 70# dumbbell. That is going to hurt for a while. I ripped the shit out of my left palm with 20 pullups to go. Needless to say there was blood everywhere and I am not happy with myself about that. No excuse for losing concentration on grip. Ripped hands are only cool for newbies and dipshits in my book.

  2. Right.... who needs ripped up hands. That's why when there are 150 pullups I'll opt to wear gloves than you very much. I am going to do this one tomorrow, but not RX'd.. my arm just can't handle that many pullups I hate to say it. Nice work JTS, old man PR!

  3. I scaled this, just wasn't sure I could do 150 pullups, so we did 20 per round and 1.5 pood (53 lbs) KBS's. Rowed 1K on rounds 1,3,and 5, ran RX'd rounds 2 and 4.

    39:19, therefore.. done the wimpy old man way.
