AMRAP 15 Minutes - Push Press, Overhead Squats and GHD Sit-ups

  2. Scaled the weight to 95# to save the shoulder. GHD's were tough.

    I only managed 5 rounds on this.

Did this 10 minutes after previous 15 min AMRAP...Scaled to 115, pulled lower left back (classic trouble spot for me) in round 2 of OHS... sat around and rubbed for over a minute while clock was running thinking I was done. Then continued but with back squats and got 6 rounds. Hope my back is OK. Tomorrow might be a rest day... going to neighborhood Halloween party as a Roman Gladiator. LOL. Cocktails.

  4. Scaled the weights to 95#s and also did back squats. Sit-ups were on the floor.

    Made 6 rounds even.
