  2. I decided to just abandon form on this and muscle it, seems to work better for me. 155x3,170x3,185x3,195x3,205x3pr,215x1,215x2,215x2
    so close but couldn't seal the deal on rep three.

  3. We lifted today, but did bench and back squat, 5 rounds of each. Nothing impressive to report. By round 5 of bench I was doing 215 5 times is all, very fatigued. I kept back squats relatively light. 225x7. Protecting the back, but also trying to get a little bit stronger.
