Front Squat 10x1

  1. 275, 290, 305, 320F, 320F. I was off today and I was completely spent after the two missed reps.

  2. Damn you are strong. I did sets of 5 and got to 205, I can do more for sure, but the back.....

    Then I did DL's sets of 7, got up to 265 and figured that was good enough.

    Riding bike tomorrow...
