  1. Ass kicker, of course. Scaled BS's to 155 lbs, the rest RX'd. Wanted sub 32 but fell apart at the end. TT 32:30. Mike got 42:16. He struggled with the squats at 135... not his fave lift.

  2. Did burpees/pu to bar 1' above, 185# squats, but did runs with a seventy pound sand bag, so I think those might have been easier. Either way Fletcher crushes me on this one. Total time 34:32.

    Great workout. Good time to reflect about how lucky were are to have heros to honor and be grateful, very grateful to for our freedom. All those who are serving, who have served and especially those who have sacrificed their bodies and/or their lives.
