  1. Started with 165 and went up from there. Had a fail at 205. That wasn't fun without a spotter. Basically rolled it off my chest to my pelvis then sat up.

  2. Fletcher, power cleans really were not material it was trying to catch breath for the second shoulder press that was hard as hell. Looking for ward to seeing your row times. This is where I think being taller is huge. When I finally got the erg to sub 1:20 on the 500msplit, I was laying almost flat on my back and pulling the bar to my chin...

    Dave, loved the post on the "bench press dismount." I have had some classic moments back in my gym days trying to pull that one off while not at the same time trying to tell the smoking hot chick in the short shorts and sports bra, "No no I'm fine....I don't need any help but thank you for offering, gasp, gasp....no seriously this really doesn't hurt as bad as it looks...:)" Priceless!
