Holy hell was I sore before this one started. Those hang power snatch prs yesterday had my traps hurting like hell today. That is the first time ever I have soreness there from crossfitting. I had to scale the OHS to 135#s. Everything else as rx'd. Muscle ups started failing around rep 12. This whole wod is way harder than it looks on paper 12:25 as described.
