Ah yes, feel that Fran burn. Throat and forearms are screaming at me. Pull-ups were super slow. Kind of a 1/2 kip if anything.It's been awhile, TT: 6:16
FRAN FUN! I pulled a hamstring or something... I can barely air squat, so I'm out of commission for now... damn it.
