I have learned for the most part how hard to go without feeling sick and awful afterwards, but I crossed that line big time today. I feel medically unwell. My goal on this WOD was to do all moves STRICT. That's why my time was so bad 33:45. Done with 4 in 28:04, so I crushed round 5. All wall climbs started flat and stretched out, walked until stomach on the wall (not just chest), and kept shoes together and knees locked tight all the way down. No kicking off of the floor even slightly on TTB, and all BJ's were jumps, not stepups, and hips fully extended. A CF Games judge would have been proud (and also wondering how a guy this slow got into the games?).
