  1. I improved, but I ate a big not so great lunch yesterday and was hurting and trying not to hurl throughout the wod last evening. Sometimes lighter weight higher reps just hurts. 25:32pr as rx'd. All cleans and ohs to ball, lpullups as good as body would allow.

  3. This was a fun one, it kind of wants to break your will in a weird way, just the combo of moves I guess. I got 21:36 RX'd, PR. All OHS unbroken, the LPU's were the hardest part. SJ's and PC's not too bad... K2E's are also pretty gnarly. Fun WOD. Legs were worn out from over two hours on the bike yesterday.

  4. Oh, and we did this with the garage door wide open and a lot of work out in the driveway...... I think it was about 25 degrees this morning. Hands were going numb!

  5. I didn't do hang SQUAT cleans, did you? I just did hang power cleans. They've been specifying squat lately, but the video shows the guy doing hang squat cleans. Oops. No wonder my time... damn it.
