    Done with 4 rounds in 24:30, REALLY pushed hard in round 5 in 5:07 (average of first 4 6:07.5)

  2. I did this with row 500m and 275# DL x 2 cause I don't have enough weight to go 345 and that allowed me to just change out 45s to get to 185. Cleans and push jerks as rx'd. Muscle ups with games style turn out. Rope climbs legless.
    31:41 as described.
