Did 105# back squat and DUs

First set of DUs took me 4:05. The other 2 were 1:39.30 and 1:26.09. Forgot how I have to really concentrate on getting my legs higher after doing any type of leg workout before DUs. They were fine during warmup. Could have knocked off 2:30 from my time if I did.
Scaled OHS's to 115. DU's were tough today, could only manage to string a few together at a time. Needless to say they winded the shit out me.

I had to change this up because my left middle back has been strained ever since the last DT, it all ties back to those lifelong injuries I have.... where I said "I haven't done DT RX'd in three years that was great!" Simply put, I can't do heavy or even sort of heavy hang power cleans, it just strains that shit.

raised the reps up to 15, no rack (so had to C&J the bar) and did back squats @ 135. DU's were so-so... had a couple of times where I got 20 in a row, had a bunch of times where I got 1 or 2. Such is the way of the double under.

Also did "partners Karen" for a warm-up. There were 6 of us today, so we did Karen unbroken but it was teams of 2 dudes side by side, so throwing the ball to each other and alternating reps. Mike and I got 5:30 on that. Broncos won, but it wasn't really pretty in the second half. Manning now has 33 TD passes through 9 games. On pace to beat the record of 50 for sure. And also on pace to beat the most yards in a season. Ya, I am a Denver Broncos fanatic. I also like beer.
