Muscle-ups on the minute

With a continuously running clock do one muscle-up the first minute, two muscle-ups the second minute, three muscle-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

  1. I did these as pull-ups. First 8 sets were dead hang. Just made 10 before the timer went off.
    10 rounds + 8 pullups

  2. Just a note to myself. This (minutes of pull-ups) was last done on 1-9-2012 and I did them all dead hang and made 11 rds +5.

  3. Dave those are some seriously impressive dead hang numbers. Nice work. I did muscle ups with the games style turn out except on the one were I linked the together. I am still learning how to do that. Got five rounds + two in round six. Not bad. Then I messed around with a twenty pound vest. After a couple of tries I got one with the turn out at the bottom and called it a day.
