CFT or Westside Speed Day

  1. I went with the speed day cause I don't have the weight to squat or deadlift with and I did front squats with a power clean to start.
    Shoulder Press 10x3 @110 with 40 seconds rest
    Front Squat 10x2 @165 with 40 seconds rest
    Dead Lift 10x1 @255 with 30 seconds rest
