Hybrid Hybrid Day

  1. Mixed up some sets of five shoulder press and front squats with sets of 3 box jumps. Do shoulder press then change weights and do front squats then immediately do the box jumps. The squats and box jumps are part of the oly work from hybrid athletics. I just threw in the shoulder press because I feel like mine has gotten weaker and not stronger in the last six months same for front squat.

    SP 135x5, 140x4,140x5,145x5,150x3
    FS 185x5, 195x5, 205x5, 215x5, 225x5

    Those numbers are pretty weak but not quite as bad as I feared. I will probably do a speed day on these lifts next week as an extra and then redo this on the next week.
