  1. I had a pot on the stove in which it would be done in 15 minutes. Set the timer and went. Made it to 7 rds 12 burpees and 9 pull-ups. Took me 6:17 to get it in the oven. Finished the last 2 rounds and 3 pullups in 3:05.06

I believe this going to make me sore. I am not sure if I will be man enough to Elisabeth with full squat cleans tomorrow, uggh.

  3. Tough WOD. Pull-ups got to be a struggle for me in the later rounds.

  4. All right guys, you have to answer for this one. Had a big huge family Christmas party last night, had perhaps one too many beverages (a recurring theme lately, I know), and banged this out in 19:56. I pushed VERY hard the last two rounds to get it done sub 20. Felt sick a bit after. That was nasty. Tried to get 7 pullups in the first set each round... did that most times. First two rounds unbroken, then went 7/5 or 7/3/2.

  5. I was going to do Elizabeth today, but since somebody posted a challenge, I decided to do this one again. Plus when I did it the first time it had to be broken up. All burpees were unbroken, slow at the end, but unbroken. Pull-ups went unbroken for the first 3 rounds. Next 6 went 6 + 6 and the last went 8 and 4.

To match up to the last time I made it to 7 rounds + 12 burpees and 6 pull-ups at the 15 min mark. Close.
