Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8 Strict Pull-ups
8 Box jumps, 36" box
12 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood

    9 Rounds with 12 seconds to spare. Couldn't make it to the pull-up bar in time. Tough WOD.

  2. Well Skippy Dale, by my calculations, that sub just be 12 BJ's @ 24", and 16 KBS @ 1/.5 Pooder. So... go do that again and report back.

  5. Well Mister CrossFit, I'm pretty sure I've got another torn rotator cuff so I'll do what I can. So don't report out 11 rounds on this one with sissy step ups for box jumps.

    And I am a big fat pussy cake as matter fact!! So there!
