Did 135# dead lift instead of Clean and Jerk. Most of my C2Bs were dead hang.TT 12:02.48
Did this rx'd. Seemed not to bad until I finished and the fran fog rolled in like impending doom and sent me to the floor in the fetal position for about a solid three minutes. Damn fine wod. 13:45.
