First and foremost Merry Christmas everyone.I started the runs a little to fast. I really need to work on my squats.Runs went 1:19.04, 1:35.03, 1:42.08, 1:41.11Squats 2:01.93, 3:40.62, 2:45.27, 2:05.64Did get a PR. Last time was 18:50.96TT 16:50.72
Merry Christmas to everyone. I know I'm a day late.Couple minutes off my PR, but my new motto is form. I made sure my squats were all full ROM. Feeling those today.TT: 15:32
Dave a couple of those runs are crazy fast! Chris, totally agree bro... let's focus on true, honest form and range of motion. The TT is of secondary importance. Especially for guys in their 40's!
