Shoulder Day

  1. I knew I pushed myself hard with the dead hang pull ups, the monster box jumps and the two pood swings, but I don't think I realized quite how hard until I tried to do tonight's wod. Got 170 on the press and failed at 175. Then got to 170 on the push presses and it became clear continuing to workout was not in my body's best interest, so I called it.

    Time for some yoga and a serious time with Mr. Rumble Roller to work out the kinks.

    Getting older sucks, but it beats the hell out of the alternative.
