I wanted 7 rounds but it didn't happen. Pushups got tough and the squats made my legs feel like jello.6 Rounds + 16 pushups
8 rounds on the nose. For the squats I just decided to keep moving at a steady pace. First 3 rounds done in 4:30 or so. Rounds 7 and 8 pushups unbroken (made that a goal)
4 rounds + 20 pushups +36 Squats
