I don't have two bars and switching out weights on a five minute wod, well that would probably not be conducive to getting any work done, so I subbed 5 ring dips for the push presses. Turned out to be a pretty good little WOD. Got 10 rounds + 3 deadlifts at the buzzer. Ring dips went to 3 and 2 in round seven which slowed me down. I would like to try it with push presses, but I got to believe those would break down much sooner, like round three or four? I will be curious to see how you guy's push presses go on this one.
Did the DLs with only 135#s, but with 5 reps instead of 3. The push-press became shoulder press with 2 30# dumbbells, still 7 reps. Made it to only 6 rounds + 5 DL + 5 shoulder press.
Justin - The shoulder press broke down about round 4. DL were fine, though I think I should have used 185#s.

Thanks Dave, that definitely is kinda where I was thinking the difference would be between pressing out and pressing up.
