15 Minute AMRAP 10x275# DL/20 GHD

  1. I have been warming up with a fairly intense 35 minute-ish cross country ski. I am not sure if it hurts or helps my WODs but it sure is fun and makes my dog happy and tired the rest of the day. I would have to say I did better on this one than I expected and I think my body will be paying the price hard for it. As rx'd 6 rounds + 2 DL. Ouch.
