Been traveling on and off for three weeks and without a gym for the last 8 days. Been running 5ks pretty much so everyday. Went to the park today and used the fitness challenge equipment to get in some pull-ups, push ups, vaults and sit-ups. Combined running with 50 rep counts of the bodyweight work and it just crushed me. My times were so slow it is too embarrassing to report. So crazy how just one week of eating out a bunch and not working out can deteriorate the body.
By not working out I meant not following the main site. I figure running a 5k is still a great workout it just does not have the variety of the main site.
