30 Strict MU

  1. I got one ugly one after tricking my body by trying a few with a twenty pound vest then taking it off. I watch a minute of the Froning Hobart video and I hate to say it but I would have no reped both of them on every one. To me strict means no swing and no bending at the waist kip.

  2. I have only done 1 strict MU on rings. I worked negatives to a box then the transition back up to a full dip. I do not know if that made sense, but from the transition to the bottom and back was not full weight. From deep dip to the top was full body weight.
    Agree on the video. Definitely better than what I could do. I think when you start adding a time element to a workout, form sometimes starts to suffer.
