50 each of: Walking Lunge (WL), Push-up, WL, DUs, WL, Pull ups, WL and Sit ups

  1. The Walking lunge was supposed to be 400s but my hamstring is still a mess so I subbed the Walking Lunge, which in the long run wasn't the smartest idea, they made my messed up hamstring crazy sore.
