  1. I am quite embarrassed to admit it, but I have been doing this work out incorrectly for many years now and I finally realized it last night. I always did hang power snatches instead of power snatches, needless to say, the hangs are a little tiny bit harder on the forearms but much much easier and faster overall than power snatches to the ground and back. Today was 4:52 rx'd with power snatches and it was slower crushed me five times as bad as doing the WOD with hangs.

    Funny how once the brain has something locked in it is hard to see what is really there.

  2. Damn Justin... first PAY ATTENTION! :-). But second, that time is awesome. This is the first WOD I've done in a few weeks... first WOD in the new gym, which still needs some work. My Rogue rig thing is crazy cool. 5 pullup bars, J hooks for squat, two kids pullup bars (adjustable by putting a pin in the rack... different height kids, etc). we've already had neighborhood kids playing on the rogue rig, ropes, etc. they call it a jungle gym. LOL.

    Anyway, 7:17. I guess that's a PR, but I am out of shape right now... too much resting. Haven't done Randy in 5 years.

    Justin, you are a beast. I did the first 15 unbroken and that took 45 seconds... so your time is nuts.

  3. Did this again today, in addition to some OHS. Have a new crew of new neighbors in the hood already. 6 yesterday, 4 today. Super fun amazing new hood... can't even believe I live here.

    Today, 5:52. Major PR. OHS just did 145x5 a few times.
