Tabata This!

    Earlier I did this workout for the Row'd Royalty online rowing competition by Diablo Crossfit. It is a 4 week comp. This was the first weeks workout. I didn't enter the comp, but I am watching the score board to see where I stand. http://rowdroyalty.com
    Workout is 1min on 30 rest times 6. The first part of scoring is the meters from the 1st two rows and the 2nd it the total meters rowed.

  3. What's up fellas? First time doing this with a rower usually SDHP's. Definitely changes it up. Needless to say my numbers weren't all that impressive.

    Pushups and situps were brutal midway through. Made me feel like an old man.
