Earlier I did this workout for the Row'd Royalty online rowing competition by Diablo Crossfit. It is a 4 week comp. This was the first weeks workout. I didn't enter the comp, but I am watching the score board to see where I stand. http://rowdroyalty.com Workout is 1min on 30 rest times 6. What's up fellas? First time doing this with a rower usually SDHP's. Definitely changes it up. Needless to say my numbers weren't all that impressive.
