3RFT: 10 HSPU, 15 Box Dip, 20 Push-up, 25 Pull Up

  1. The handstand push ups were a bear, haven't done those for a long time.

    With the messed up hamstring I needed a WOD that focused on upper body movements, so why not shred the shoulders.

    TT 15:19 the last round of pull-ups sucked big time.
