I subbed 50 45# push presses for the Hand Stand Walk. The sub was much easier for me, especially considering I would have been trying to do the Hand Stand Walk two to three steps at a time over the course of an hour. Lunges and DUs as rx'd. Total time as described 29:00. Still a good work out and still got some good shoulder work in while I was at it.
Was going to do this the way Justin did this. Warmed up on the rower. Started to warmup doing some DU and couldn't string together more than 2. Haven't done them in a little while. Played around with them for about 15 minutes. Decided to do this little workout. 1:30 DU :30 pushups. Repeated 4 times. The first 2 sets I was stringing together 20-25 DUs. Last one was sets of 5.
