  2. Hey man... where did this WOD come from... did you guys write it up? There is a sub for rope climbs... it's "towel pull-ups"... wrap a towel around the pullup bar and do a bunch of pull-ups to equate to the climbs. Usually in the comments on the main site people will describe the recommended subs. I thought there was a substitutions part of the site but I didn't see it when I looked. Anyway... nice work!
