Thruster/Push Press/Push Jerk/Split Jerk

  1. I missed a couple of day from travel so I kind of merged this and Michael into one work out. Did ten rounds of:

    Run 400m
    10 GHD situp
    10 Back ex
    1-155# Thruster/push press/push jerk/push jerk

    I avoid the split cause it tends to make my left knee unhappy. Goal was sub 40 minutes and I got it just barely. Total time = 39:42
