I missed a couple of day from travel so I kind of merged this and Michael into one work out. Did ten rounds of:Run 400m10 GHD situp10 Back ex1-155# Thruster/push press/push jerk/push jerkI avoid the split cause it tends to make my left knee unhappy. Goal was sub 40 minutes and I got it just barely. Total time = 39:42
