I can simply say that one round of this shit would have been plenty, but for some stupid reason I did all three. I sub 95# power clean and jerks for the dumb bell clean and jerks. TT= 28:42 My body does not like me right now.
Did this today, Tuesday Feb 3rd. I substituted 75 LBS Shoulder Presses for the Dumbbell clean and jerk. 3 rounds of 100 Air Squats, 50 Box Steps and 25 Shoulder presses. Time 27:35
