AMRAP Row Box Jump Push Jerk

  1. The rowing and the box jumps made the push jerks hard today. Also, I had jerk blocks so I did not have to clean the weight and I could dump it onto the blocks, so those made this work out a lot easier. I would not have been able to come close to my total number of rounds if I had to start with 185#s on the ground. As rx'd 4 rounds + 3 calories.

  3. Fletcher, I posted a picture of them way back on February 28, 2011. They are still holding up strong and I have dropped a lot of weight on them from the full lock out over head.
