  2. Note for Jeff for next time to compare to... he did Good Morning's with a 20 lb med ball. As I note, I think deadlifts (Romanian style sort of) with a 25 lb Kettle Bell in each hand is a better sub.

  4. Did 800m row, 25 back extensions, and 25 situps.

    This worked out nicely. I have been doing a lot of rowing workouts lately. I am over 50,000m so far this month. One of the sites that I follow for rowing workouts is the Concept2 WOD. Today's WOD was row 3 750m rows with 3min easy row in between.
