Lynne

  1. Jeff and I did Lynne out of sequence today... because our legs were smashed and we wanted to work the uppers. For fun we added a twist, barbell only (45 lbs) bench press max reps. For that, I got 111 reps. That burned like crazy, and is why I am super sore today. My tiddies, fellas.

    The rest went like this for me:

    Bench: 135x21, 165x13, 185x8, 185x9, 215x5, 135x8, 45x111

    Pullups: 17 (kip), 8 (dead hang), 14 (kip), 5 (dead hang), 16 (kip)

    My pullups have weakened. That's what happens when you don't do them for 6 months.
