10 200m sprints

  1. Did this as 250m rows with 1:30 min rest between. Rest was mostly easy rowing with quick water breaks (2198m of rowing). Times for each 250m.
    52.7, 51.8, 53.8, 54.9, 56.2, 55.8, 54.4, 55.4, 55.6, 53.8
    Total time of rowing 9:04.3. If I could just keep that up for a full 5k, my time would be 18:08.
