  2. Dude, you are a strong man. I did a few sets of this before a scaled version of Shawn this morning... got up to 225. Not too hard, I could do a lot more but the back... it's always the back. Gotta play smart.

    I have not done DL in a while, Lt knee felt weird on 2nd 185, so I backed down. Felt fine the rest of the WOD.
