  1. I did this in reverse order and slow to avoid crushing myself too badly. Finished with rx'd weight and good form on TTB in 24:41.

  2. Justin, this was strict K2E, not TTB. I scaled to 205 for the DLs, did it in 16:07. First time doing K2E's in 7 months. All things pullup bar have been neglected during the move process. Good to be back and training like a normal CrossFitter.
