  1. This was every bit as wrong and painful as it sounds. Like coming the worst parts of Barbara and FGB into one work out.

  2. Justin I saw this one pop up last night and went straight into a state of mourning. I think I'll do this sucker on Thursday... maybe tomorrow. We shall see. The 100's squats/BJ/heavy DB C&J WOD is gonna leave me hurting.

  3. Well, I thought about this one and thought "I don't need to do 100 chest to bar pullups" so I did normal ones. The rest RX'd. Man, this was hard.

  4. I did 20 CU w/bands /25WBw/14#/30PU(knee) which is the like the G rated version of this workout. Yet I still feel violated 2 days later.

  6. Details Jeff, details... that way you can track your awesomeness in the future. I think you used the 14 lb ball in round 1, and did pushups from knees in rounds 4 and 5. Next time all 20 lbs and natural pushups MAYBE?

  9. Great question, first three rounds were 100% chest to bar. The last two rounds I would speculate were between chin and chest.

  10. You owned this one, the rest of us weren't even close. I could hardly do the pushups after the pullups and wall balls, I didn't do CTB and you still beat me by two seconds. Amazing performance sir!
